We can arrange a central location to get you and your team together, to push each other and learn training techniques that will take you to where you wish to go!
Turn your summer vacation into a chance to improve your skills by setting up one of our training camps. Morin Training Systems has a unique approach to training – we’ll assess your current abilities, teach you how to train and improve, and develop a personalized plan for your training and sport preparation.
We also focus on training and competition intensity. Bringing the proper level of intensity to your sport is a key component to success. During our training camps we will work with you on when to focus on training technique and when to bring it on with high intensity!
Our week-long camps are staffed by coaches at the highest level of international sport. You won’t find this kind of training at any health club or fitness center.

• Power Plyometrics Technique
• Balanced Strength Training Methods
• Speed and Explosiveness Methods
• Short, intense training sessions
